Do you put in alarms and security camera's

Answer: No, But we work closely with a topline total security installation service - SIAC's. They are willing to talk to you about any alarm and/or security camera requirements you may need.

How many can you train at anyone time?

Answer: Depending on the size of the room in which the training is done, we can deliver the training to groups ranging in size from 4-16. Obviously each situation is slightly different and we can negotiate sizes and numbers of sessions required.

We are only a small store, can I combine with another store?

Answer: Yes certainly. If you only have a small number of staff and would like to combine with another smaller store, or stores, we are certainly happy to accommodate everyone. We can discuss and negotiate a price in accordance with your requirements.

What do I get for my money

Answer: Each staff member that attends the training will be given a certificate of completion. We maintain a database for all staff members who complete our training sessions, and they are therefore able to transfer this training to other employers.

You are also provided with a sticker which you place on your point of entry/exit to help measure the height of offenders when they enter or leave your store.

We provide you with a hard copy and DVD of all material we cover during the training, this also includes a copy of Trespass Notices, Conditions of Entry (which you can modify if you wish), Truant Free Store poster (if this applicable to your store) and information relating to the Crimes Act and Trespass Act.

Will your training make a difference to theft in my store?

Answer: Yes, if you and your staff maintain a focus on prevention and detection on shoptheft it will have a two fold effect. Firstly you will catch and deter more shoplifters than you thought were active in your store, and secondly, by focusing on shoptheft, your staff will be less likely to steal from you as well, they will be concerned about your increased focus on theft and as such will be undecided whether to risk stealing from you also.
