We have good CCTV & EAS systems, why do we need your training?
Security devices such as CCTV & EAS systems are a good start to reducing theft, however they will not catch the thieves for you. By training your biggest/most expensive asset – your staff, they will be your eyes and ears also. If your staff know what to look for, eg body language, mannerisms, interactions etc they will quickly pick up which customers are looking to steal from you. They will also feel valued and respected by you for training them.

Why do we need to train all our staff?
They key to successful shrinkage reduction is to have your entire staff educated/aware of your zero tolerance for theft – whether it is customer theft or staff theft. Many of our clients have noticed that by really focusing on shop theft, this has also helped to reduce staff theft. Again these people are your eyes and ears, they need to know when a theft has occurred, what they can do about it, and how they can interact with the suspect.

Training sessions aren’t easy to organize?
By us coming to your store, we ensure there is minimal disruption to your daily routine.
