Is your training effective?
Absolutely, with having a police background we know the laws, we cover all aspects of theft, this includes the laws, rights (yours and the offenders), use of force, trespass, breach of the peace, conditions of entry, rights of search, when & how to approach a suspect, dealing with difficult customers, and young people. The information is delivered in an informative, easy to follow and enjoyable manner. Our clients have commented that their staff who have received training in a morning session are out catching offenders in the afternoon, - it certainly works.

Can we do a joint training session with our neighbouring store?
Certainly, in cases of small stores with only 2-3 staff members, we suggest you arrange another couple of neighboring stores with similar numbers and hold one session together, this also provides an ideal opportunity to network and share information about incidents that have occurred previously.

Is it cost Effective?
We believe that your initial investment in this training will be re-couped within the following weeks with what you prevent and detect from being stolen from you. One of our clients claimed he saved over $1000 in one week in just what they caught from being stolen from them, let alone what they prevented as well.

How many do you train at once?
Ideally groups will be no bigger than 10-15 people. Any more than this and we prefer to split into two sessions. By maintaining a smaller group size we ensure everyone is focused, understands what is being presented, and the training becomes more personalized.

How long will it take?
Depending on the number of staff you have, we can either run a session straight after work one night or if you have more than 15 staff members we recommend you have multiple sessions throughout the day to ensure as many of your staff can attend (they are your eyes and ears) and maintain minimal disruption to your daily routine. The shoplifting and employee theft presentations are just on one hour long, while the robbery session is 1 ½ hours long.
